Can you produce to our drawings or custom specifications?
Yes. We source PPE to your spec — sizes, colors, logos, packaging and standards. Send us your target product and destination market and we will confirm the right production line and standards before quoting.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time varies by category, quantity and process. Standard items move quickly; custom production takes longer. A precise production schedule is confirmed in your quotation so you can plan ahead.
How do you control quality?
Quality is verified before every shipment — quantity, packing and appearance — and we share production photos or videos on request. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) is available on request as a paid service. See the Factory & Quality Evidence section above for the full picture.
What payment and shipping terms do you offer?
We commonly work on T/T and other mutually agreed terms, with FOB, CIF or EXW shipping options. Payment terms and Incoterms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We’re an integrated supply partner. We combine vetted factory resources, production coordination, QC and export logistics as one seamless service. One quality standard, direct pricing, and you deal directly with the decision-maker.
Can you support Saudi SABER requirements?
We prepare product documentation to support your SABER registration. Send your product list and we will advise what is needed.
